Description
Vortex Liqui-Flex is a high-performance, fibre-infused acrylic waterproofing sealant designed to deliver a seamless, flexible, and durable protective membrane. Applied as a thick liquid paste, it cures to form a decorative, watertight coating with a durable sheen finish, ideal for long-term protection of roofs and structures.

Engineered for superior flexibility, UV stability, and all-weather resistance, Liqui-Flex prevents water penetration while accommodating surface movement, making it ideal for both new and refurbishment applications.

Application Method

Surface Preparation

• Ensure surface is clean, dry, and sound
• Remove dust, dirt, loose material, and contaminants

Joints & Cracks

• While the first coat is still wet, embed a non-woven polyester membrane
• Ensure full saturation for maximum reinforcement and durability

First Coat

• Apply undiluted at 0.8 – 1.4 m² per litre
• Allow minimum 12 hours drying time

Second Coat

• Apply a second undiluted coat at right angles to the first
• Maintain the same coverage rate
• Cross-layering enhances waterproofing performance

Coverage

• Approx. 0.8 – 1.4 m² per litre per coat
  (Depending on surface texture and porosity)
